CBSA can stop you if they have reasonable grounds to suspect that the person has entered Canada without reporting. Although, if the officer has no reasonable grounds, the search of a vehicle leaving Kawehnoke may be illegal and should be reported to the MCA Community Advocate or your legal representative. If your vehicle is seized for your first time, you must pay for the violation. Vehicles are seized for failing to report.
